Overview#

ANNA provides several ways to run and integrate local models:

  • ANNA CLI (anna) is the interactive command-line application.

  • ANNA Graphica is the Qt graphical application.

  • ANNA Server (anna_server) exposes an inference service for remote clients.

  • LSCS and LISA (lisa) run scripted, multi-component model systems.

Most users should begin with either the first CLI chat or the first GUI chat. Both use a local model file.

Choose an interface#

Use the CLI when you want a lightweight, scriptable workflow. Use Graphica when you prefer to select files and settings in a graphical interface. The server, LSCS, and requester plugins are advanced features intended for remote or automated workflows.

Important

ANNA runs models stored locally. Obtain a model that is compatible with your hardware and ensure that you are permitted to use it before loading it into ANNA.
